We are a professional wedding planning firm seeking Wedding Assistants of all backgrounds for the upcoming Spring and Summer 2026 season. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to help execute luxury events across Napa and Sonoma Wine Country. The Role: Provide on-site support for wedding logistics, including event setup and end-of-night strike. Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors, guests, and the wedding party. Ensure all event details are executed according to the timeline. Requirements: Professional Communicator: Must be articulate and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people. Reliable Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle to travel to various vineyard and estate locations. Active Role: Ability to handle the physical demands of event days (standing for long periods, light lifting, and moving decor). Weekend Availability: Must be available for Saturday and Sunday events during peak season.
