Compassionate in home caregiver needed (Russian-speaking Preferred)(sunnyvale)

We are looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced in-home caretaker for my elderly mother. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about caregiving. Schedule: 7 days a week, mornings from 8-12 and evenings from 4-7 We are open to a few arrangements: -Split shift (mornings + evenings) -Mornings only caretaker -Evening only caretaker -Just weekends 7 days a week with 1–2 days off negotiable but less is preferred. Responsibilities include: Assisting with daily living activities Light housekeeping and home maintenance Accompanying on walks and light outings Medication reminders Providing companionship and emotional support Driving to and from appointments with occasional outings Requirements: Prior elderly care experience (required) Valid driver's license and ability to drive Loving, compassionate, and patient demeanor Strong work ethic and reliable Russian-speaking strongly preferred Compensation: $30/hour
