Hiring Professional and Detailed Cleaners

We are looking to hire our own cleaning team of atleast 2 EXPERIENCED cleaners to clean a successful Airbnb in Santa Rosa between guests. No agencies or companies, we want to work directly with our cleaners. You must be local to Santa Rosa or Rohnert Park for short notice cleaning. You both must be highly detailed and efficient with your own supplies but we can provide extra supplies as needed. It is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home and very straightforward and easy to clean. You will be given atleast 2 cleanings per week, right now we average about 8-10 cleanings per month up through November. Each cleaning will pay $200 and an extra $15 for gas. $215 total. All our guest have been respectful and leave the home in excellent shape, you wouldn't be cleaning up after parties or huge messes. Basic and detailed cleaning. Total will be $1720 - $2150 per month of consistent work. You must be relied on to clean each time. We need atleast 1 week notice if you aren't going to make a cleaning or we can not continue. Reliability is most important.
